Lean without the jargon.
Three days. Your building. Real work — real change.
A three-day, on-site immersive that teaches your team to see waste, map flow, & improve real work — & then actually improves it before we leave. Day 3 is a live Kaizen on YOUR problem.
LEAN BOOTCAMP
THE PROBLEM
Most Lean training doesn’t stick.
Six Sigma manuals. Belts. Alphabet soup. Your people sit through it, nod politely, & go back to their desks. Nothing changes.
We do it differently.
We teach Lean using YOUR real work as the classroom. Your bottleneck. Your rework loop. Your handoff that keeps breaking. By the end of day two, your team has mapped an actual process & knows where the waste lives. By the end of day three, they've fixed it.
WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE
Three days. Building to a win.
Day 1 — Learn to See
What Lean actually is (& what it isn't). The 8 wastes hiding in your operation. Value Stream Mapping your current state. 5S & standard work fundamentals. The day the light bulbs go off.
Day 2 — Apply the Tools
Cycle time, takt time, & flow — in plain English. Kaizen mindset & the PDCA loop. Your team pressure-tests their current-state map & redesigns the process.
Day 3 — Kaizen in Action
The day we've been building to. Your team runs a live Kaizen on a real problem — & ships a real change to your operation before we leave the building. No homework. A completed win.
Not a certificate. Real capability.
WHAT YOUR TEAM WALKS AWAY WITH
A shared vocabulary — everyone talks about work the same way (waste, flow, standard, root cause). Meetings get sharper.
Practical tools — 5S, VSM, standard work, PDCA. Tools they use on Monday, not tools they read about in a binder.
A completed Kaizen — real change, stabilized & standardized, on one of your actual processes before we leave.
Real momentum — teams leave energized, not overwhelmed. Your Lean journey starts with a win.
Optional Lean Fundamentals designation for participants who complete the program.
30%
cycle time reduction — in a week.
CASE STUDY
Whisker: 30% cycle time.
Whisker needed to launch a new product line with more flexibility, fewer resources, & better ergonomics. In one Kaizen week, the team built a fully operational prototype line.
Is a Lean Bootcamp right for you
IDEAL FIT
You're a mid-sized manufacturer standing up CI for the first time. No internal Lean team yet. You want a strong foundation before you go bigger.
You're a non-manufacturer who needs Lean thinking. Healthcare, food & bev, nonprofits, professional services, government. If your work has flow, we can teach you to see it.
You've watched your team sit through Lean training that felt heavy or theoretical. You want something different. High-energy. Practical. Actually fun.
You're done with training that ends in a certificate. You want training that ends in a result.
Starting at $15,000

COMMON QUESTIONS
FAQ
Do we need to be a manufacturer?
No. Our Lean work translates to any organization with flow — healthcare, food & bev, nonprofit, professional services, government. If your work has a rhythm, we can teach you to see it.
How many people can participate?
Groups of 8–40. Smaller cohorts get more coaching per person; larger cohorts get more department coverage. Both work.
What happens after the 3 days?
Every Bootcamp includes a 30-day follow-up call to help you sustain the momentum. If you want deeper support, we can talk about ongoing Kaizens or a Custom engagement.
Is Day 3 really a live Kaizen?
Yes. Real problem, real change, real result on your floor before we leave. That's the whole point.
