A week that changes
how your team works.

Facilitated Kaizen events that solve real operational problems while building the team that solves the next one. Not tool-and-leave. We wrap around your people.

KAIZEN

THE PROBLEM WITH MOST KAIZENS

You’ve done Kaizens before. You know the pattern.

A consultant shows up with a template, runs a big event, drops a nice-looking report on your desk, & disappears. For a couple weeks things feel different. The graphs look better. The team is fired up. Then? Life goes back to the way it was.

Real change doesn't work like that.

We do it differently. We come in as facilitators & coaches. Your team drives the improvement. We hold the space, ask the questions, & pull the right tools off the shelf when the moment calls for them. Along the way, we develop your leaders, build your problem-solving muscle, & create a container where change can actually take root.

INSIDE A KAIZEN

A week that leaves change running behind you

1

Pre-work

Set the stage. We align on the problem, gather the data, & prep your team so day one starts strong. No guessing.

2

On-site (4-5 days)

The intensive week. We define, map, analyze, brainstorm, & implement. Your team drives the work — we facilitate & coach.

3

Sustainment

The Kaizen doesn't end when we drive away. We build in a plan, coach your leaders, & check in over the following weeks.

Menu of Kaizens

THE MENU

Not every problem needs the same Kaizen. Pick the one that fits — or bring us a custom challenge.

Foundation

5S Kaizen

Establish ownership, visual management, & organized flow in a specific area. Great for a quick, visible win.

Leadership

Daily Management Kaizen

Build tier boards, huddles, & escalation paths that turn 'leader walks' into a real operating system.

People

Culture Kaizen

Apply Lean to the human side of the business — accountability, communication, cross-functional friction.

Emerging

AI Integration Kaizen

Map the process, identify high-value automation opportunities, & pilot AI where it actually solves a problem.

Bespoke

Custom Kaizen

Bring us your biggest operational headache. We'll scope it, staff it, & solve it with your team.

30%

cycle time reduction — in a week.

Whisker didn't have a line yet. In one Kaizen week, the team designed, built, & tested a fully operational prototype line. A 30% cycle time improvement, better ergonomics, & the confidence to launch.

What your team walks away with

OUTCOMES

1

A solved problem

Real improvement, measured, running on your floor before we leave. Not a slide deck — a live standard.

2

A team of problem solvers

Your people got the tools AND the reps. The next Kaizen doesn't need us in the room to succeed.

3

Sustainment that works

A plan that actually gets followed, with leader coaching to back it up.

COMMON QUESTIONS

FAQ

Do you facilitate or do you actually do the work?

We facilitate. Your team does the work. That's not us being lazy — that's us building capability that lasts. The team that ran the Kaizen learns how to run the next one.

How is your Kaizen different from other Lean consultants?

Two things. First, we coach the coaches — your leaders learn to guide the work, not just witness it. Second, sustainment is built into the engagement. Most Kaizen firms leave you with a report. We leave you with a plan you're actually going to execute.

What if we've done Kaizens before that didn't stick?

Almost every client says this. The reason previous Kaizens didn't stick is usually because the sustainment work was absent or the leaders weren't trained to coach it. Both are built into how we work.

Can we start smaller than a full Kaizen?

Yes. If you want a Lean foundation first, the Lean Bootcamp is a 3-day intro that includes a Day 3 mini-Kaizen. Perfect stepping stone.
