Curiosity, The Multiplier
August 27, 2:00 - 3:00 CST
Live on Zoom
About the Event
"Judge a man by his questions rather than his answers." — Voltaire
You can walk into any room and give people the answer. But what if the better move was to walk in with a question?
Most leaders are trained to have answers. The faster and more confidently you deliver them, the more capable you look. But that instinct — as useful as it feels — has a ceiling. And at some point it starts working against you.
The leaders who scale their impact aren't the ones with the best answers. They're the ones whose curiosity makes everyone around them think harder, dig deeper, and show up differently.
Curiosity isn't soft. It's a multiplier.
That's what we're exploring in August's Problem Solver's Dojo: Curiosity, The Multiplier.
What We’ll Explore:
Why curiosity is a leadership skill — not just a personality trait
How asking better questions builds capability in the people around you
The difference between curiosity that opens conversations and questions that shut them down
What it looks like to lead with curiosity in real manufacturing and operations environments
How to make "I don't know, what do you think?" one of the most powerful tools in your toolkit
👉 Come curious. Leave knowing yourself a little better.
