Paid scoping ($12K, ~4 weeks). We embed briefly, understand your organization, & come back with a scoped multi-quarter or multi-year plan.
Phase 1 execution
The first 6–12 months of the plan. Foundation work — usually a Bootcamp or foundational Kaizen — plus embedded coaching cadence.
Sustained partnership
Monthly or quarterly cadence. Regular Kaizens. Leadership development woven in. Our team functions as an extension of yours.
Scoped to your operation
INVESTMENT
Custom engagements start with a paid Strategy Session ($12K) that produces a scoped multi-year plan. From there, engagements typically run $100K+ per year for retainer work or $200K+ for multi-site transformation programs. Every proposal is built around your specific outcomes.
